I think Nate did a good job once I got there but I don't think he took me seriously on the phone. I told him I wanted the bike and gave him all my trade in information but when I showed up the next morning, he said the bike I wanted was sold and they would have to build another. That was pretty beat. I saw a used one with 100 miles on it an bought that one instead and saved myself a few bucks. (Employee: Nate Lutz)
