Overall, not a terrible experience, but far from a great one. Nate in sales was extremely cocky, disinterested and offered zero enthusiasm or consideration of my time; his arrogance was less than favorable. JJ mentioned/offered an interest rate on an installment loan that he was certain would be available, which is was not. It had expired more than 30 days prior. The machine skid plate bolts were hand tight, had minor scuffs all-over and someone had begun to pick a safety warning sticker off. However, the young man in service that went over the machine with me for final delivery was very pleasant and thorough in his delivery; kudos to him. In all, I came for the deal on my hardball-offer and because the dealership is local for me. If you're looking for a great customer experience, look elsewhere.
